Terms of service

About these terms

These terms apply when you use sqbeautyspa.com or book a service with SQ Beauty Spa, 4297 Buford Dr, Ste 2C, Buford, GA 30518. By using the website or booking, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.

Booking

We work by appointment only. You can book through Vagaro, on our booking page or on Vagaro's own site, or by calling or texting (770) 688-9230. Your appointment is confirmed once you have a confirmation from Vagaro or from us.

When you book through Vagaro, Vagaro's terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your use of Vagaro, along with any booking terms shown to you before you confirm.

Changing or cancelling

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, call or text (770) 688-9230 as early as you can. The time is held for you alone, and early notice lets us offer it to someone else.

Prices

Prices on this website are in US dollars. They can change, and if a price has changed since you read it here, we'll tell you before we start. Refill prices depend on how long it has been since your last set, as the price list explains. Where a page says “Call for price”, ask us and we'll tell you before you book.

Your health and safety

Before your appointment, tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes, eye conditions, recent eye or skin treatments, and skin products or medication you use, such as retinol or tretinoin. If adhesive, makeup or medical tape has ever irritated your eyes, we'll do a patch test first.

We may change the plan, or decline a service, if we don't think it's safe for you. If anything feels wrong during or after an appointment, tell us straight away. If a reaction worries you, see a doctor.

Results

Our services are cosmetic. They are not medical treatment, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Results depend on your own lashes and skin and on how you look after them, so they vary from person to person. How long lash extensions last depends on your natural shedding cycle and your aftercare.

Text messages

If you text us, or agree to receive texts from us, we'll send messages about your appointments, such as confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions. How many depends on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (770) 688-9230. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
