Who we are

SQ Beauty Spa is a lash and skincare studio at 4297 Buford Dr, Ste 2C, Buford, GA 30518. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean SQ Beauty Spa, and “the website” means sqbeautyspa.com in all three of its languages.

This policy covers the website, booking and chat through Vagaro, and the calls, texts and emails you send us. Questions about it go to wfgamysun@gmail.com or (770) 688-9230.

What we collect

• What you tell us. When you call, text, email, chat or book, we get what you send: usually your name, phone number, email address, the appointment you want, and anything you write in your message.
• At your appointment. Before a lash or facial service we may ask about allergies, sensitive eyes, your skin, and products or treatments that affect it, such as retinol, tretinoin or a recent chemical peel. We use those answers to decide what's safe to do for you.
• What the website records on its own. Like most websites, this one records some things automatically when you visit: the pages you look at, the links you tap, the site or ad that brought you here, your type of device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your internet address. Most of this comes from the services listed below, which use cookies and similar technology.
• What it doesn't. The website has no accounts and no forms that store anything. Buttons such as “Send this to us” open your own email app with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send, and then it's an ordinary email to us.

Services that run on this website

These companies run parts of the website. Each one can see your visit, and each handles that information under its own privacy policy.

• Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from. Google Tag Manager loads Google's tools onto the page.
• Google Ads tells us whether our ads work. It records taps to call, text, email or book, and finished bookings, so they can be matched to the ads that brought people here.
• The Meta Pixel does the same for our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records the pages visited and finished bookings.
• Vagaro runs our booking calendar and the chat button. When you book or chat, what you enter goes to Vagaro, and Vagaro sends your confirmations. Its code loads on every page so the chat button works. Vagaro's privacy policy.
• Hostinger hosts the website. Like any web host, its servers log each request, including your internet address. Hostinger's privacy policy.

Google and Meta can use what their tools see here to measure ads and to choose the ads they show you, including ours. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Meta's privacy policy.

After you book, Vagaro sends you back to our thank-you page with your appointment's reference number in the address. Google's and Meta's tools on that page see that address, which is how we count bookings that came from an ad. The number on its own doesn't say who you are.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Maps and our other profiles take you to those sites, where their own policies apply.

How we use it

• To answer you, book you in and look after you at your appointment.
• To decide what's safe for your eyes and skin.
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders, through Vagaro.
• To see which pages help people and which don't, and to improve the website.
• To measure our advertising and decide where to spend on it.
• To keep the records the law requires, and to protect our rights if there's ever a dispute.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with the services above, which handle it for us;
• when the law requires it, such as a valid court order;
• if someone's safety is at risk.

What you tell us about your health and skin is used for your treatment only, never for advertising. Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are not sold or shared with anyone else for their marketing. Only the services that send our messages handle them.

Your choices

• Cookies: your browser can block or delete them at any time.
• Google Analytics: install Google's opt-out add-on.
• Google ads: My Ad Center.
• Facebook and Instagram ads: your ad preferences.
• Ads from many companies at once: aboutads.info/choices in the US, youronlinechoices.eu in Europe.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us.
• Your information: ask us by email or phone what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Browsers' “Do Not Track” signals don't change how this website behaves. Use the choices above instead.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your client record while you're coming to us, and afterwards for as long as tax and other laws require. The services above keep website data for the periods their own policies set. We limit who can see your information, but no website or system is perfectly secure.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
