Two things move the number. Which set you pick, and how much has grown back since you were last in. Both are on this page. The consultation that settles the first one is free, and nothing gets added to your bill that you didn't ask for.

Posted prices. No surprise upcharges, and no consultation fee. Mapping is part of every set. Past 27 days of regrowth a refill is priced as a new full set, because at that point it is one.
