Refills and removal
You'll spot the gaps before anybody else does.
You shed a few of your own lashes every day, and each extension leaves with the lash it's on. Around two or three weeks the line starts looking thinner in the mirror. A fill puts it back, and it costs less the sooner you're in. A Classic fill's $50 between 3 and 14 days.

Removal
Pulling them off takes your own lash with it.
A proper remover melts the glue so the extensions slide off and your own lashes stay where they are. Pick at them over the bathroom sink and the natural lash comes away too, and that one takes months to grow back.
Lash removal is $25. Call and say what you want, whether that's them off for good or off before a new set.
Before you come in
- Come with clean lashes. No mascara, no eye makeup, nothing oily that morning.
- Book the next one before you go. The cheaper band closes at day 14.
- Tell Amy what bugged you about the last set. She'll change it.
Already wearing a set
Send a photo instead of describing it.
A picture answers in one second what three minutes on the phone won't. Amy will tell you whether it can be filled or whether it's better to take it off and start over.
