Every appointment starts with Amy looking at your own lashes, your eye shape and how you actually live, then picking the curl, length and weight from what she sees. That consult is part of every appointment and it costs nothing. If you booked something heavier than your lashes can carry, she'll say so before anything goes on. Classic is the quietest, 3D-Hybrid sits in the middle, 9D Volume is the fullest.

Classic is one extension on one lash of yours, so you get length and definition. Volume means several ultra-fine extensions fanned onto a single lash of yours: six on a 6D set, nine on a 9D. Those fibers are much thinner than a Classic fiber, so a nine-fan weighs about what one thicker Classic extension weighs. Density is what changes between the sets. The weight sitting on each lash barely moves.

It depends on the set. Tell Amy which one you want when you book, and she'll tell you how long to leave for it.

If adhesive, makeup or medical tape has ever set your eyes off, say so when you book and you'll get a patch test first. Same if your eyes are sensitive at the best of times. Better a small extra step now than a rough week afterwards.

They can, if they're put on badly. Lashes get damaged when an extension is stuck to skin, or when it bridges two lashes and pulls on both. Every extension here goes onto one lash of yours, and nothing's glued to your skin. The weight gets chosen at the start from what your own lashes can carry, and that's the part that protects them. Your lash sheds when it was always going to shed, and the extension leaves with it.

Most people come back every two to three weeks. You shed a few natural lashes a day with or without extensions, so a set thins out slowly rather than dropping off at once. Refills are priced by how much has grown out. Between 3 and 14 days it's $50 to $140 depending on your set, and between 15 and 27 days it's $60 to $150. Wait past 27 days and you'll pay full set price again.

You won't want to, and you're better off without it. Mascara clogs the fans, and waterproof is worse, because taking it off means rubbing and rubbing is what pulls extensions loose. If you want more drama, go up a set.

Yes, yes and yes. Keep them dry for the first day while the glue finishes curing, then shower, swim and sweat like normal. Chlorine, salt water and sweat shorten retention a little. Sleep on your face and they'll thin out faster, and oily skin does the same thing.

Book a removal, $25. Professional remover dissolves the glue so the extensions slide off and your own lashes stay where they are. Don't pick at them and don't pull them off. That's the quickest way to lose your own lashes and it's completely avoidable.
